Designed and developed a comprehensive customer journey map for a leading life insurance provider. This initiative aimed to visualize and understand the end-to-end experiences of retail insurance customers, highlighting their goals, pain points, and perceptions of success throughout their engagement of life insurance. 
By synthesizing user research and stakeholder insights, the journey map served as a strategic tool to align internal teams, identify opportunities for service improvement, and enhance customer-centric decision-making across the organization.
